Off-roading in Leeds.

I’ve been back in Leeds this month to check out the latest section of Active Travel infrastructure around the East Leeds Orbital Route (ELOR). Testing it out with the help of some aspiring young cyclists, the city’s Active Travel Ambassador, Alistair Brownlee. In his other life as a professional triathlete, Alistair spends a lot of time in the saddle. He was super enthusiastic about this new opportunity to cycle and walk the route in safety.

Leeds City Council asked us to capture all the action in photography and film. We spent a really enjoyable morning running around after all the various bikes, trikes and tandems. The crew experience is always fun and it was great to see all the work that’s gone into landscaping the infrastructure. Hopefully it will encourage a lot more road users out of the car and into active travel!
