I recently submitted 3 of the pictures to the British Photography Award in their Sports Category, and was absolutely thrilled to learn that the panel of judges selected the above image for the shortlist.
Alongside 24 other shortlisted photographs from British artists, my picture will have to battle it out in a public vote to hopefully win this prestigious award. There are some excellent entries, but I remain cautiously optimistic! It would make my day if you could please use the link here to vote for my picture!
