It’s always nice to get a London commission and this month, I’ve had a really great piece of work in the capital for Crossrail International. Portraits, group shots, site tours and a visiting delegation from Israel made for a really interesting mix.
From a government building in Westminster, to new premises in Tottenham Court Road, Battersea Power Station and Liverpool Street, we covered plenty of ground. Transport is massively important in our lives, so it’s exciting to see how things are moving forwards. Beautifully landscaped spaces and perfect scale models all helped to build a positive, optimistic narrative. And along the way I was made to feel very welcome. Just a great bunch of people really! Big thanks to Mark Lench for inviting me along.
